Andretti Formula E is proud to announce a multi-year partnership with HRX North America, the world’s fastest growing racewear manufacturer, continuing a collaboration into Season 12 and beyond. The agreement sees HRX supply the team with fully tailored racewear, combining Italian craftsmanship, FIA-approved safety standards and lightweight performance materials designed for elite motorsport competition.

Andretti Formula E drivers Jake Dennis and Felipe Drugovich will wear the tailored HRX suits throughout Season 12, with team members wearing protective firesuits during PIT BOOST stops also outfitted in HRX suits, ensuring the same levels of safety and performance across the entire race team.

Every HRX piece is manufactured in Italy and custom-fit for each team member, blending safety, comfort, and performance in perfect harmony. With a growing focus on sustainability, HRX is integrating green and recycled materials into its production processes and reusing high-quality fabrics such as those used in fireproof suits, reducing waste across the manufacturing chain. These shared values of innovation and responsibility make HRX and Andretti Formula E ideal partners in pursuit of excellence both on and off the track.

“We’re proud to continue our partnership with Andretti Formula E,” said Ago, HRX founder. “At HRX, we’re all about pushing the limits of racing gear, combining Italian craftsmanship with the success and passion of teams like Andretti Global. This partnership is about sharing the same drive for excellence and giving drivers the confidence to focus on what really matters: winning.”

The Andretti Formula E team capped off a successful week of pre-season testing at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, running October 27–31, as preparations ramp up for the Season 12 campaign. Over eight sessions and a dedicated Women’s Test Day, teams logged up to 24 hours of track time in mostly dry conditions, with only Wednesday’s run affected by overnight rain. The FIA also staged a full race simulation, complete with Safety Car and Red Flag procedures.

Andretti ran a split program across its lineup. Season 9 World Champion Jake Dennis consistently set front-running times in both 300kW and 350kW modes, while new teammate Felipe Drugovich, the reigning Formula 2 Champion, focused on adapting to the Porsche powertrain and systems. The duo completed a combined 586 laps, the most of any team through the first six sessions. Including Women’s Test Day driver Nerea Martí, Andretti totaled 646 laps and 2,212km across the week, an encouraging sign ahead of Season 12.

Making the Most of Every Lap

Andretti’s test program maximized every minute on track, covering off-season software updates, energy management runs, tire evaluations and simulations of practice, qualifying and race conditions. Dennis was consistently among the quickest, delivering multiple top-three finishes in 300kW runs and setting the second-fastest overall 300kW lap of the week at 1 minute, 23.281 seconds in Session 6.

“Overall, it’s been a very positive four days of development,” Dennis said. “We’ve progressed in the areas we wanted and learned a lot we can carry into the season. Between now and December, we’ll dig into the data to focus on what worked and how to maximize performance moving forward.”

Drugovich’s approach was more process driven as he built comfort with the Porsche powertrain and software. The Brazilian completed 293 laps, just one shy of the week’s highest total, and improved steadily with each session. “Our Valencia test was very productive,” he said. “The first two days were about acclimating and understanding the systems, but everything started to click as I got more time in the car. I’m feeling ready for São Paulo and can’t wait to get there.”

Team principal Roger Griffiths praised the effort across the board. “It’s been a super solid week for the whole team, possibly one of our smoothest pre-season tests,” he said. “The Porsche powertrain ran flawlessly and we leave Valencia with strong performance and valuable learnings. Jake’s pace has been consistently impressive and Felipe’s progress has been exactly what we hoped for heading into São Paulo.”

Nerea Martí Takes to Her Home Track

Doubling track time compared to last season’s Women’s Test, Friday was a successful and another historic day for the all-electric series and Andretti, who dedicated its full resources to local Valencian Nerea Martí. The extended track time gave 14 talented women the opportunity to showcase their skills, with Martí completing the maximum number of laps permitted across Sessions 7 and 8. Logging 60 laps on her local racetrack, the 23-year old was able to deliver consistent and constructive technical feedback to the engineering team. “I’m very pleased with the work we were able to do and to deepen my understanding of how the software in the car works,” Martí said. “The team were very passionate about helping me improve and extract as much out of the testing day as possible. The more time I spent in the car, the more confident I felt.”

The Final Year of the GEN3 Era

Valencia served as a reminder of the GEN3 Evo’s capabilities in its final season before GEN4 arrives. Formula E’s last outing in Valencia was back in Season 10 with the previous-spec GEN3 machinery. Lap times tumbled with the GEN3 Evo package, improving on Season 10’s benchmark of 1:24.474 with a best of 1:21.493, nearly three seconds faster. The Evo package, introduced at the start of Season 11, remains the quickest accelerating FIA single-seater, capable of 0-60mph in 1.82 seconds. Key attributes include an aggressive body kit for closer wheel-to-wheel racing, temporary four-wheel-drive availability for race starts, Qualifying Duels and Attack Mode and improved grip thanks to optimized Hankook iON compounds made with sustainable materials. As the GEN3 era draws to a close over the course of the global Season 12 calendar, anticipation and excitement grows for the new GEN4 package after its unveiling this week, with expected specifications including permanent four-wheel-drive, low and high downforce aero configurations, 600kW power output and 700kW regen capabilities.

Looking Ahead to Formula E’s Biggest Ever Calendar of Racing

With a successful, data-rich week behind them, the Andretti Formula E team now turns its focus to the season opener in São Paulo on December 6, 2025. The team leaves pre-season testing encouraged by strong reliability, valuable software and tire data, with clear, actionable learnings for the start of the season. Dennis aims to arrive in Brazil ready to push for immediate pace with teammate Drugovich having banked important early steps toward focusing on full-season performance. “We still have a lot of work to do between now and the first race,” Griffiths added, “but overall, it’s been a positive test, and everybody’s come away with insightful learnings. We can’t wait for São Paulo.”

INDIANAPOLIS (November 3, 2025) – Andretti Global announced today that five-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES winner Kyle Kirkwood has signed a multi-year contract extension to remain with the team. Kirkwood will continue to pilot the No. 27 Andretti Honda for the 2026 INDYCAR season.

Since joining Andretti in 2023, Kyle Kirkwood has delivered five wins, three poles and six podiums, leading more than 300 laps. His breakout 2025 season — highlighted by a Long Beach sweep, back-to-back wins in Detroit and his first oval victory at World Wide Technology Raceway — reflects the blueprint of performance and progression driving Andretti forward.

A former INDY NXT by Firestone Champion with Andretti, Kirkwood remains the only driver to capture titles in all three development series (USF2000, USF Pro 2000 and INDY NXT) in consecutive years. His trajectory embodies the team’s framework for sustained success, built on focus, discipline and a shared drive to elevate Andretti’s competitive and connected future.

Under the TWG Motorsports umbrella, Andretti Global continues to strengthen its INDYCAR program with a focus on performance, innovation and long-term driver development. Kirkwood’s extension is central to that vision in retaining talent and consistency to embody the competitive spirit that defines both organizations. As a proven race winner and rising star within the Andretti lineup, Kirkwood represents the next generation of leadership on track, anchoring the team’s pursuit of championships while reflecting TWG’s broader commitment to cultivating excellence across its global motorsports platform.

Kirkwood will join INDYCAR veteran and recently announced teammate Will Power and Indianapolis 500 Champion Marcus Ericsson for the 2026 INDYCAR season, kicking off with the season opener on the Streets of St. Petersburg on Feb. 27.

JILL GREGORY, PRESIDENT, ANDRETTI GLOBAL

“Kyle represents exactly what we strive for across TWG Motorsports and Andretti Global. His blueprint for success has made him a key part of our INDYCAR lineup defined by talent, tenacity and a relentless drive to win. KYLE KIRKWOOD, DRIVER, ANDRETTI GLOBAL

“These are very exciting times for myself, Andretti Global and TWG Motorsports. I’d first like to thank the entire team and especially Dan Towriss and Jill Gregory for putting their trust in me. We’ve had an amazing three years together and our future together is very bright. We have proven to be true contenders, and most recently, Championship contenders. Our trajectory has only been up, and I am confident that we will be fighting again for championships. Andretti Formula E has once again led the Andretti Global stable of teams in unveiling its livery and driver suits for the upcoming racing season in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. Season 12 marks an exciting new chapter as 2022 FIA Formula 2 Champion Felipe Drugovich joins Season 9 World Champion Jake Dennis in the Andretti lineup, with recently announced Nerea Martí once again representing the Indianapolis-based squad in the all-women’s pre-season test. The team also welcomes back valued partners Quest Global, Crowe UK and Reflo, while the branding for Season 12 introduces the TWG Motorsports logo for the first time, showcasing Andretti Formula E within the broader TWG family alongside sister teams such as the Cadillac Formula 1 Team, Spire Motorsports in NASCAR and Wayne Taylor Racing in IMSA and Walkinshaw Andretti United in the Australian Supercars Championship.

For Season 12, Andretti Formula E will debut a livery design, inspired by the Andretti Global logo introduced during the organization’s 2023 rebrand. The bold chevron element features prominently, while the red and black color palette pays homage to the team’s Season 9 Championship year, when Jake Dennis claimed the Drivers’ title in record-breaking style. The livery proudly features the TWG Motorsports logo, symbolizing Andretti Global’s place within the TWG Global family. Season 12 will also be the final campaign with the GEN3 Evo car before the eagerly anticipated adoption of GEN4.

Brazilian Star Felipe Drugovich Joins Andretti Global

For Season 12, Felipe Drugovich replaces Nico Mueller, who moves to the Porsche factory squad. Andretti is proud to have supported Mueller’s progression in Formula E and now looks forward to integrating Drugovich – one of the most exciting young drivers in global motorsport. The 2022 FIA Formula 2 Champion arrives with a championship-winning pedigree and broad international experience across single-seater and sportscar competition. His addition marks a major signing for Andretti as the Brazilian becomes the first from his country to race for the team, joining a lineage of national Formula E stars including Nelson Piquet Jr., Bruno Senna, Felipe Massa and Lucas di Grassi.

The Brazilian driver also brings Formula 1 experience as Aston Martin’s reserve driver since 2022, alongside endurance racing outings at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and in IMSA with Cadillac Racing. Drugovich will make his Andretti Formula E race debut on home soil at the 2025 São Paulo E-Prix in what will be his first professional race in Brazil since his karting days. Speaking of his move to the American team Drugovich commented, “I’m focused, motivated and excited for the future, and I know that Andretti Formula E has all the tools in place for me to achieve success. I’m confident this new chapter together will be a memorable one.”

Season 11 in Review

Andretti Formula E closed out its 11th campaign seventh in the Teams’ Championship standings with 141 points, finishing as the second-highest non-manufacturer squad on the grid. Jake Dennis scored 93 points and placed seventh in the Drivers’ Championship, while teammate Nico Mueller ended his season with the team 15th overall on 48 points.

Jake Dennis Season Recap
Best Result: 2nd (2025 Berlin E-Prix II)

Dennis’s season often showcased his raw pace but fell short of the consistency of his title-winning 2023 campaign. He was a regular standout in qualifying, reaching the Duels on six occasions from a possible 13, with several sessions impacted by weather and cancellations, and setting the record for the most Final Duel appearances of any Formula E driver (12). However, missed opportunities, most notably in Jakarta, ultimately prevented him from mounting a more sustained championship challenge. Nonetheless, dominant runs in Jeddah, Monaco, Berlin and London reminded the paddock of his capability to fight at the front.

Nico Mueller Season Recap
Best Result: 4th (2025 Miami E-Prix, 2025 Jakarta E-Prix)

Mueller joined the Indianapolis-based squad after a standout Season 10 with the ABT Cupra Formula E team but endured a frustrating campaign this past year. While flashes of brilliance came with fourth place finishes in Homestead and Jakarta, as well as what should have been his first victory in the series at Monaco, inconsistency and misfortune ultimately defined his season. Despite the challenges, his time at Andretti set the stage for a manufacturer move to the Porsche Formula E team in Season 12.

Season highlights for Andretti Formula E included Dennis’ fan-voted blue livery front-row start in the team’s home race at Miami, Mueller’s top-four finish at the same race, Dennis’ podium in Monaco and pole position in Jakarta and Mueller’s dramatic recovery drive from last to fifth in Monaco. Across the year the team secured one pole position, two podiums, 15 top 10s, led 33 laps and set one fastest lap.

Off the track, Andretti Formula E also celebrated a major victory, winning Formula E’s Best Social Account of the Year Award at the Championship’s End of Season Gala following the 2025 Marvel Fantastic Four London E-Prix finale. The award recognized the team’s innovative and impactful approach to social media, celebrating how Andretti continues to push creative boundaries and connect with fans in bold, original ways. With a more than 200% increase in impressions and a 56.7% surge in audience compared to Season 10, Andretti proved that quality over quantity defines the future of fan engagement.

Season 11’s standout content included a viral crossover with the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts mascot, Blue, whose chaotic Berlin paddock antics delivered over 7.9 million impressions, and the team’s pioneering use of Meta’s Ray-Ban smart glasses, which gave fans behind-the-scenes POV access and earned 14.2 million impressions. Collaborations with creators Yes Theory during Evo Sessions and a focus on reactive, relatable short-form video further expanded reach, combining creativity, authenticity and personality to deliver one of the Championship’s most dynamic and engaging digital seasons to date.

A Record-Breaking Season 12 Calendar

Formula E’s Season 12 will be the biggest yet, with an expanded 17-race schedule charting a global course across 11 locations. The campaign begins in December in São Paulo, a fitting stage for Drugovich to make his Formula E debut on home soil. From there, the Championship travels to Mexico City in January before heading to the United States where Andretti will contest its all-important home race in Miami at the new Formula E venue, the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium. The season’s first doubleheader will take place under the lights of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, while March brings the series to Madrid’s Circuito de Madrid-Jarama for its inaugural race in the Spanish capital.

Europe once again hosts a packed middle section of the calendar, with a Berlin doubleheader at Tempelhof, a return to the streets of Monaco for another doubleheader weekend in Monte-Carlo and trips to Asia that include Sanya for the first time since Season 5, and a pair of doubleheaders in Shanghai and Tokyo. Seeing out the record-breaking calendar, the curtain falls with another dramatic finale in London, where the Championship will be decided over a final weekend at the ExCeL Arena. With sustainability at the heart of the all-electric series, races have been strategically grouped by region to minimize freight travel and reduce CO2 emissions, underscoring Formula E’s commitment to efficiency while delivering its most ambitious season yet.

Valencia Pre-Season Testing and Rookie Tests

Formula E’s pre-season test returns to Valencia’s Circuit Ricardo Tormo after devastating flooding relocated Season 11’s pre-season test to Madrid. It was recently announced that Local star Nerea Martí will once again represent Andretti in the official Women’s Test whereby the team is placing its focus solely on the Valencian to maximize internal resources, data gathering and performance evaluation. With track time doubled compared to last year for the Women’s Test, Martí is eager to make the most of the opportunity at her home track. Martí added, “Getting back in a Formula E car is always special but doing it at home in Valencia makes it even more meaningful. After a long time without driving a single-seater, I’m exceptionally motivated and eager to get back on track.”

Formula E has confirmed that teams will once again have the opportunity to field emerging talent in Season 12, with a Rookie Free Practice 0 set to take place at the team’s home race at the 2026 Miami E-Prix. The dedicated rookie running offers teams a chance to give seat time to up-and-coming drivers and showcase new talent on one of the calendar’s most high-profile weekends. In addition, the official Rookie Test will move from Berlin to Madrid, taking place at the Circuito del Jarama following the city’s inaugural E-Prix.

Sporting Regulation Updates

Season 12 brings several important updates to the sporting regulations that will impact both teams and drivers across the upcoming year of competition. One of the most significant changes ensures that certain 5 and 10-second time penalties, drive-through penalties and 10-second stop-and-go time penalties now carry over to the next race if the penalized driver finished outside of the top ten or is unable to serve said penalty due to retirement from the race. In doing so, this updated rule (16.3) closes a loophole that previously allowed drivers to finish at the back of the field without consequence. Safety has also been tightened in the pitlane with new rules preventing cars from circulating behind another being pushed back (23.4), while wheelspins and burnouts have been banned (23.18) ending the opportunity to create a spectacular smoke out by generating heat in tires before taking to the racetrack.

A revised Qualifying timing format has been introduced to deliver faster, more competitive and engaging sessions for fans. The group stages have been shortened to 10 minutes, with the former requirement to set a lap within the first six minutes removed. Duel timings have also been adjusted to ensure the overall session fits within the hour. These updates are designed to enhance the flow and intensity of Qualifying while preserving the core Groups and Duels structure.

Other refinements focus on fairness and consistency. Only lap times set by crossing the line will now be counted in Free Practice and Qualifying (32.7), removing the possibility of shortcut laps through the pitlane. Regulations around tire changes have also been clarified ensuring tires cannot be removed and re-fitted in the same position (33.2), while a new formal allowance has been introduced for teams to recharge cars for five minutes between Qualifying Groups and Duels (33.5). Additional measures have been put in place to avoid weather-disrupted weekends such as Tokyo in Season 11 (35.5), while the use of Attack Mode has been adjusted so that drivers are no longer required to use the full amount of time in the extra 50kWh of power (37.3) – a regulation change that would have altered the outcome of last season’s Miami race.

Looking Ahead

With an exciting new driver lineup, a record-breaking 17-race calendar and the final season of the GEN3 era before the highly anticipated GEN4 machinery, Andretti Formula E is ready to make its mark in Season 12. The upcoming campaign also carries additional significance as the team prepares to celebrate its 150th Formula E race at the 2026 Mexico City E-Prix. With Dennis and Drugovich leading the charge, the Indianapolis-based squad enters the new season with ambition, fresh energy and a clear focus on fighting at the front of the field.

INDIANAPOLIS (October 21, 2025) – Andretti Global, a racing team under the TWG Motorsports umbrella, announced today that Spanish driver Nerea Martí will represent the Andretti Formula E team at the women’s rookie test during Season 12’s official pre-season test in Valencia, Spain. Martí will take to the track in the Andretti Porsche 99X Electric on Friday, October 31, at Circuit Ricardo Tormo as part of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship’s continued initiative to create more opportunities for women in motorsport and increase female representation as the series enters the GEN4 era in late 2026.

Martí’s participation in the test at her local racetrack marks her return to the Indianapolis-based squad after impressing at last year’s all-women’s rookie test, where she gained valuable mileage in Formula E’s GEN3 Evo all-electric machinery. This season, the Valencian native receives the team’s full support, with Andretti dedicating all available resources to maximize her development and opportunity across the extended test program.

Martí has quickly built a strong reputation in motorsport as a race winner and multiple podium finisher in F1 Academy. The 22-year-old also achieved success in the W Series where she was the highest-ranked rookie in 2021 and was subsequently selected to test in FIA Formula 3 the same year. Most recently, Martí finished fourth overall in the 2024 F1 Academy season with Campos Racing and was chosen as one of four elite drivers for the inaugural BMW M Racing Academy Program.

Andretti Global has a long history of championing female talent across its racing programs, underscoring a genuine commitment to diversity in motorsport. This includes giving opportunities to drivers such as Chloe Chambers, Simona de Silvestro, Danica Patrick, Catie Munnings, Jamie Chadwick, Ana Beatriz, Ashton Harrison and Beitske Visser.

As part of the TWG Motorsports family, Andretti Formula E continues this tradition through a platform rooted in innovation and sustainability. Competing in the all-electric championship, the team embodies TWG’s shared vision for progress, where technology, inclusivity and performance intersect to shape the future of racing. Martí’s inclusion in the Valencia test extends this legacy and reinforces Andretti Global’s ongoing commitment to a more inclusive and forward-thinking sport.

The ABB FIA Formula E World Championship first introduced mandatory women’s rookie tests in Season 11 to create meaningful pathways for women to progress into the series. For 2025 the program expands to include additional track time, providing drivers like Martí with more opportunity to experience the GEN3 Evo and showcase their skills.

NEREA MARTÍ, ROOKIE TEST DRIVER, ANDRETTI FORMULA E:

“I’m very grateful to Andretti Global for giving me this opportunity for the second year in a row. It’s an honor to be part of such a historic racing organization and Championship-winning team. Getting back in a Formula E car is always special but doing it at home in Valencia makes it even more meaningful. After a long time without driving a single-seater, I’m exceptionally motivated and eager to get back on track. The experience in Madrid last year was very positive and allowed me to learn a lot – now I want to make the most of every lap to continue showing my potential and take another step forward in my career.

“These tests are essential, as they provide women with the opportunity to demonstrate our potential and ability to compete on the Formula E grid – a Championship that continues to grow through its strong commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.”

The 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone season was one to remember for the Andretti Global INDY NXT team, as rookie driver Dennis Hauger captured the team’s seventh Championship title and etched his name in the team’s history books for recording one of the most successful INDY NXT seasons the program has seen.

The 23-year-old Norwegian made the transition from the European racing ranks to take on North American open-wheel racing at the end of 2024, when Hauger signed with the Andretti INDY NXT team. Within his first few laps on American soil, Hauger began turning heads as he topped the charts during pre-season testing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course, Sebring International Raceway and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Hauger then carried positive momentum into the 2025 INDY NXT season when it came time to make his racing debut at the season opener on the Streets of St. Petersburg, Florida. He impressed the field by leading Practice 1, capturing the pole position and securing the victory, becoming the first INDY NXT driver to win a race in their debut since 2021.

From that point forward, Hauger made several more appearances on the top step of the podium, collecting victories at Barber Motorsports Park, Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course, Streets of Detroit, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and Portland International Raceway. In addition to these six victories, Hauger collected seven pole positions, five additional podium finishes and led 301 laps across his rookie season. The No. 28 driver also broke several on-track records, recording the fastest qualifying laps in track history on the Streets of Detroit, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Milwaukee Mile. Amongst these season highlights, Hauger also captured a historic milestone for Andretti Global, as his victory in Mid-Ohio marked the team’s 300th win across all series the team competes in up to that day.

With these impressive stats, broken records and historic moments collected by Hauger, he had one goal on the forefront of his mind: becoming the 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone Champion. As the end of the season was nearing, and the Championship battle was heating up, Hauger maintained his focus and managed to clinch the Championship title at the penultimate race of the season at The Milwaukee Mile, repeating what last year’s Champion and current NTT INDYCAR SERIES driver, Louis Foster, did with the Andretti Global team in 2024. Following one of the more successful rookie seasons in INDY NXT history, Dennis Hauger ended 2025 by collecting the second consecutive and seventh total INDY NXT Championship for the Andretti Global INDY NXT team.

“I’m proud to wrap up 2025 as Champion,” said the Norwegian driver. “From the very first race, we were on it, winning races and consistently at the front. It wasn’t always easy, but the team worked so hard to prepare every weekend like it was the last, and that’s what I’m most proud of. Huge thanks to Andretti for making me look good out there and giving me everything I needed to succeed. Winning my first Championship means everything.”

Looking ahead, Hauger’s future remains bright, as it was recently announced that he has secured a seat in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES with Dale Coyne Racing in 2026, with the technical support of Andretti Global. Drivers like Dennis exemplify the commitment, skill and determination that Andretti Global, a TWG Motorsports team, strives to execute on and off the track. That is made clear through the team’s INDY NXT program, as year after year, they continue to help young drivers further their careers and supply them with the resources they need to hone their skills and experience enough to get one step closer to moving up to the INDYCAR SERIES.

Andretti Global, a racing team under the TWG Motorsports umbrella, announced today that Max Taylor will join Andretti Global’s INDY NXT driver lineup for the 2026 INDY NXT by Firestone season, piloting the No. 28 Andretti Dallara.

The 2025 season saw the 18-year-old New Jersey resident compete full-time in the USF Pro 2000 Championship and make six INDY NXT starts. Taylor completed his rookie USF Pro 2000 season with one win, four podiums, nine top-five finishes and 13 top-10 finishes in 18 races. The American driver also gained valuable experience while competing in a partial INDY NXT season this year, collecting one top-five finish and four top-10 finishes. Most recently, Taylor competed in the Donington Park Grand Prix, the penultimate race of the 2025 GB3 Championship, where he scored top-10 finishes in every race of the tripleheader weekend.

Taylor made his open-wheel racing debut in 2023 when he competed in the USF Juniors Championship, rounding out his rookie season with one win, three podiums and six top fives, finishing sixth in the Championship that year. During this time, he also competed in partial seasons in the USF2000 Championship (11 starts) and the Formula 4 United States Championship (three starts), where he scored four top 10s in USF2000 and had a best race finish of sixth place in Formula 4. This culmination of open-wheel racing experience helped Taylor succeed in 2024, as he secured the USF Juniors Championship title and third place in the USF2000 Championship that season. He also went on to make three starts in the GB3 Championship that year, with a best race finish of 11th place.

Taylor will make his on-track debut with the Andretti INDY NXT team on Monday, October 27, at the Chris Griffis Memorial test at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Taylor is the third driver to be confirmed for the Andretti INDY NXT team in 2026, following the recent announcements of teammates Seb Murray and Lochie Hughes

MAX TAYLOR, DRIVER, ANDRETTI INDY NXT

“I am beyond excited to be joining Andretti Global for the 2026 INDY NXT season. I am incredibly honored to be a part of a team with such a legendary history in motorsport. This is a huge step in my career and truly a dream come true. I can’t wait to get to work with the team.”

ROB EDWARDS, TEAM PRINCIPAL, ANDRETTI GLOBAL

“Credit goes to JF Thormann for bringing Max to the team for 2026. Conversations started mid-season in 2025 and moved quickly to include him as part of the Andretti Global INDY NXT team. Max impressed us in half a dozen INDY NXT outings this past season, most notably at Barber, Detroit and Laguna Seca. We look forward to seeing Max continue his growth and build on those performances with us in 2026.”

Andretti Global, a racing team under the TWG Motorsports umbrella, announced today that Lochie Hughes will return to Andretti Global’s INDY NXT driver lineup for the 2026 INDY NXT by Firestone season, piloting the No. 26 Andretti Dallara. The 2024 USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire Champion will join already announced Andretti INDY NXT teammate Seb Murray for the upcoming season. In addition to returning to the Andretti INDY NXT lineup, Hughes will also take on a role as an Andretti INDYCAR reserve driver for 2026.

The 23-year-old Australian enters his sophomore INDY NXT season after an impressive rookie campaign with Andretti Global, which saw Hughes collect two wins, two pole positions, eight podiums, 54 led laps and 12 top-10 finishes in 14 races. Highlights from Hughes’ 2025 season include converting his first career INDY NXT pole into his maiden INDY NXT victory in Race 1 of the Indianapolis Grand Prix and, just three rounds later, charging from fifth to first in his oval debut to claim his second win of the year. Hughes’ consistently strong performances carried him to third in the Championship standings. Before joining Andretti Global, Hughes captured the 2024 USF Pro 2000 Championship, the step just below INDY NXT in the developmental series ladder system.

Hughes will set out on his maiden INDYCAR test with Andretti Global next week, on October 13, at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course. Then, he will return to the iconic Indianapolis road course two weeks later, on Monday, October 27, with the Andretti INDY NXT team for the annual Chris Griffis Memorial Test.

LOCHIE HUGHES, DRIVER, ANDRETTI INDY NXT

“I’m really excited to be returning to Andretti Global for the 2026 INDY NXT season. It was a dream to drive for this team this past season, and I’m proud that we finished third in the Championship. I’m looking forward to building on that success next year with a team I know well now.

“I am also beyond excited to be doing my first INDYCAR test. It’s something I’ve looked forward to for a long time, and doing it in Indy makes it even more special. It will be a great experience to work closely with the team as an INDYCAR reserve driver in 2026.”

ROB EDWARDS, TEAM PRINCIPAL, ANDRETTI GLOBAL

“We are delighted to welcome Lochie back to the Andretti INDY NXT family for the 2026 season. Coming off a successful rookie year with two wins and six podium finishes, the goal for 2026 is very clear: we expect Lochie to challenge for the INDY NXT Championship. Both Christian Rasmussen and Louis Foster have shown the growth and maturity that a second season in INDY NXT brings, and I am confident we will see more of the same with Lochie.”
